Disability Access and Inclusion Consulting
Organizations can take meaningful steps to create access.
I support organizations looking to more meaningfully expand access to disabled employees or customers. Disability Access Consulting includes an access audit and supporting clear plans forward to increase disability access and inclusion moving forward.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Access audits of organizational policies, spaces and practices.
- Access coordination for events.
- Research and evaluation of disabled end-user experiences to inform strategic decision making.
- Literature review and synthesis.
- Creation and group facilitation of disability-focused training.
If you have an organizational need for increasing accessibility, I would love to talk!

Beyond Access: An Organizational Maturity Model for Disability Inclusion
This resource, created by my colleague, Ahmmad Brown, and I complements our research publication about the inclusion of disabled people in organizations and offers organizations a framework for increasing disability inclusion.
This resource offers context on disability as part of DEI, our conceptual framework for disability inclusion in organizations that draws from sociology, economics, and disability studies, among other scholarship and finally articulates a six phase maturity model organizations can use to determine their current state and plan for deeper disability inclusion.
If you are interested in support in applying this model to your organization, I would love to talk more with you. You can schedule a free consultation here!
